Turnover in retail trade, November 2024
Retail trade turnover again higher than in the previous month
In November, volume turnover in retail trade grew at the monthly level, while at the annual level it remained the same. In trade and repair of motor vehicles, it declined in monthly and grew in annual comparison.
Up at the monthly level
Compared to October, volume turnover in retail trade grew by 0.4%. In retail trade with automotive fuel, it went up by 1.8%, in retail trade with food products by 1.0% and in retail trade with non-food products by 0.1%.
At the annual level, it remained the same. In retail trade with automotive fuel it decreased by 4.3%, and in retail trade with non-food products by 1.5%, while in retail trade with food products it grew by 3.0%.
In the first eleven months of the year, volume turnover declined compared to the same period of last year (by 0.4%). In retail trade with automotive fuel, it went down by 6.3%, while in retail trade with food products it grew by 2.0% and in retail trade with non-food products by 0.5%.

Volume turnover from trade and repair of motor vehicles declined at the monthly level by 2.1%. Compared to November 2023, it grew by 4.2%, and in the first eleven months of the year, compared to the same period of last year, by 7.3%.
